How do I change the PIN for my Online Banking on the Synergy Credit Union website?

Log onto www.synergycu.ie

Log into the Banking Online section by clicking on the Member Online

Once you have entered your member number and 3 digits of your PIN, you will enter the site where you can now change your PIN

Click the button CHANGE PIN

Enter your old PIN and enter your new 6 DIGIT PIN and then confirm the PIN (The PIN has to be a 6 digit number)

Click SAVE and you have now changed your PIN

Note: Remember do not reveal your old or new PIN to anybody. Our staff will not ask for your PIN under any circumstances. It is good practice to change your Online Access on a regular basis to protect yourself online.
