How to get your BIC and IBAN for your accounts

There are two ways to get the BIC and IBAN for your account. Each account you have with Synergy Credit Union has a unique BIC and IBAN which will allow you to transfer funds to your accounts. Remember that each account that you hold has a different BIC and IBAN.

Your Savings account has a BIC and IBAN

Your Loan Account has a different BIC and IBAN.

So it is very important that you use the correct BIC and IBAN.

Way One

: You can ring our Office ( Freephone 1800 272927 ) or call in and request your BIC and IBAN

Way Two :

You can access your account online once you are registered and have a PIN Here is how you register CLICK HERE Get our mobile APP HERE

Once you have registered and received your PIN you can log in

Once you have logged in , On the first screen that you see you can access your BIC and IBAN

Once you see this Screen just click on the BIC and IBAN tab

and then you will be able to see your BIC and IBAN for your various accounts
